does anyone have a mock program i could look at..something i can follow or maybe just a list of what would be listed in what order

im trying to find one on the computer and im getting really confused..tia girls

Gina I'm just using a single page you fold in half and print inside and out. If you want me to email you that, I'd be happy to.
