I'm about to book....

our honeymoon! We didn't take one immediately following the wedding because DH is a teacher and he can't take time off. We travel a lot, so I was unconcerned about having a 'honeymoon' but I think I'm going to call this trip our official honeymoon

Six nights in Europe: 3 in Paris, 3 in Rome over his Winter Break in February!

I want to do some research about weather during this time of year but I'm excited!

EDA: Update. I looked into average weather conditions in February and I think it will be too cold for us to have the best trip so I am not booking right now. Hopefully they might run specials over Spring Break as well.

I have wanted to go to Paris for SOOO long! And for an extra $400 pp might as well add the option to do Rome

That's great!

I've never been to Paris (would love to!) but been to Rome twice....you won't be disappointed spending the extra money!

There are probably about two dozen people throughout my lifetime who have just randomly started calling me 'C'. Welcome to the club :)

Although I guess I started calling you 'Glo' kind of randomly at some point, too

Paris is so amazing! We did the last 4 nights of our HM there!!!

I've only been in the summer, but I think it's similar weather to NY that time of year.

Do you know where you're staying yet? We had such an amazing time! I could send you some street maps if you want.

Crashing!! I travel to Europe a lot for work (I just got back from barcelona last week) and I often go in January /February months. Honestly, I prefer it. It isn't THAT cold - I'm usually comfortable with a winter coat and scarf and you do so much walking and moving around you hardly even notice it! In the summer its INSANE with tourists. I was just in Lyon and Paris this past February for work and it was fine. It rained even and it was still fine! You will love it - I say go!!!
