(I've known that this happened since it happened, I didn't post it, but, now that it's out I don't give a F*CK -- and I don't mind speaking my mind on the rest of the f*cked up place, either.)

a follow up story said that he had a prior charge, too. shouldn't they be running a background check before you're elected principal of a school?

Jesus. Sadly, I don't think that they do. Either that, or they just don't care.

Amanda you know FH graduated from NB High School as well...

I have to tell him about this one. I think he knows the principal prett y well.

Oh and did you hear the story about the Spanish Teacher in NB Hs?? He was arrested and charged wiht having sexual relations with 2 high school girls. FH knows this guy personally his name is Danny something (cant remember his last name) But I have met him before. Looks like the kind of guy who would do this. FH says he knows the girls who accused him of it and he said they were making bets when in HS to see who could sleep with him first so he thinks it is a set up...but whatever it grosses me out too know we have teachers, principals, superintendents who do sh*t like this!!!!!!!!

I know of him..... I think I may have been working there (in the middle school) when all of that stuff came out, I don't remember. His last name is Cuesta. So sick.

There was also a science teacher (this goes back a bit) who was involved in some shady business, the specifics of which escape me.

YES!!! Cuesta!! I had dinner wiht him once. Fh payed him to pass spanish--- another shady thing. YES I hate that FH did that but I hate that the teacher let him. anyway he was a nice guy a little weird. But hten when we found out about his case before it even became public FH said oh yea he def did it and FH stopped talking to him. but he wanted fh to defend him and do other shady stuff for him. but now his wife is on trial as well because she lied under oath during his trial.

and yes the science teacher. his son i think graduated with fh he was dealing either drugs or something else not sure but def a big scandal!!

Actually a lot of people were saying that they felt that he wouldn't get fired. I kind of agree. I can't see them firing him over a DUI. Not that I don't think its rediculous for it to happen to a principal but these school boards are crazy sometimes and I just don't see them making this into that huge of a deal, I think they would rather let it die down and hope people forget.

By the way. Mr. Shevlin was my AP when I graduated Sachem

i went to babylon, so i lived in that area and NBHS is famous for putting a totally wrecked car on the front lawn from drunk driving - MADD does it i think. that's a slap in the face for them.

it's a pretty pathetic story. hopefully he gets what he deserves

That's also true. They're notorious with that kind of stuff. I know of other admins who also have DUI's, and they're still where they are.
