I started the gym today but the one in my apartment complex. I got up a 7am today because I had late appointments with clients today and did work out with the TV for 45 and then 30 minute bike and 15 treadmill. Im so proud of me.

My sister and I joined Planet Fitness today!! $39 down, $10 a month, NO commitment!!! Can't beat that!! No muscleheads allowed either, so it's non intimidating! It's brand new too!! I can't wait to start!!! They're waiting for one more approval then they open!!

Im going to try and do again tomorrow morning like 6am. You know what is my motivation. Reading wedding magazines while on the bike or treadmill looking at those skinny just right models in their gowns

I am going to try that thanks for the tip! I also am waiting for the wedding workout DVD i ordered 2 days ago. A LIW bride reccomended it from barnes & nobles. Im pretty excited for that to come in
