Im am so ticked off right now-Vendor Rant
know alot of us on here is using Phyllis for Bridal Elegance. I ordered everything from her. My BM dresses and my dress. My dress came back super fast so I assume I would have the same experience with my BP dresses.
While I understand the manafactufer might be the issue here. I feel as though the customer service I have recieved so far as been horrible.
My girls ordered dresses came back in Feb. We were told they would be back in late April, early May. Okay they did not come back until June. They kept sending the dresses here and there and not all together. So keep in mind alot of the girls don't live in NY. So I had to keep calling everyday is the dress here. Finally we got all the girls. Now the issue moves to my Junior BMs the dresses came in. I took one of the dresses home with me ( I ordered 2). The other I left in the store. When the mom of one of my J BM called to make a fitting appointment she was told the dress is not in.
Excuse me I saw the damn dress what are they talking about. So I called them yesterday around 5 told me they were going to go look for dress in store. And would call me back. Okay never got a call back. I called backed around 8 still looking for dress. Okay still no call back as of today.
Next issue. My FG dress is not in. I was told it would be here 2 weeks ago. I called they told me to have patience. The dress is on the way. Okay still cannot give me an exact estimate. Im going crazy here. You guys got paid and I have to wait forever for a dress. ***
Phyllis has def took on more than she can handle Im so disappointed in her.
