I'm an emotional mess!!!!

1. I was in my car on my to my mom's house listening to Taking Back Sunday just thinking about wedding things. I was thinking about the photo montage and the song we would use for the relatives that passed away. At the same time I'll be seeing you by Billie Holiday and a picture of my grandfather came into my head and then I bursted into tears! I pulled myself together before I got to my mom's house.

2. We went to David's Bridal to try on dresses for my mom and I saw this girl I went to high school with and she was trying on her wedding dress. (I don't think she remembered me) She was like 'Wow, I can't believe this size 2 dress fits me!' I went into the bathroom and cried some more, because I used to be a size freaken 0! My damn wedding dress is a 12! I gained so much weight and it truly makes me hate myself. I am trying everything to lose this weight. Nothing is working!

Oh honey, so sorry you are having a rough day. But it is true, dress size are so ridiculous. You are beautiful and your fiance loves you.

Oh I can totally relate to you. I get emotional nearly once every day over my weight gain. I was a size 3 up until I was 23 and then slowly kept going up in size. I'm presently a 15. I don't recommend dieting but rather consuming less on a dialy basis and stay away from greasy fast foods. Pair that up with a little excersise everyday and you'll start to lose weight with out even thinking about it. Thats the only thing that works for me. Just eat what you like but less of it, opt for healthier snacks and jump on a treadmill or do some sort of cardio everyday if you can. I've lost 10 lbs in the last month doin this. Good luck and always remember Fh loves you just the way you are.

1st off: for the first part.


2nd: i should smack you for the 2nd part. so what if you used to be a size 0. our bodies change so embrace what you have now! and who cares what a stupid label says in a dress. it's not even what you wear street wise.
