just thought Id share. so, I practically gave myself whiplash (spelling?) this morning cuz I flew outa bed and thought I was sooo late to work. So, I rushed around, didnt wash my hair and omg its soooo greasy and was mad that FH didnt call me from work to wake me. Then all of a sudden just now, my alarm on my phone rings and I realize that I totally forgot what time I get up. I woke up at 7 instead of 8, lol. What a jerk but anyway Ill still be late cuz now im on here!

Re: Im an idiot
No you aren't an idiot, that has happened to all of us.
I do have to say that my mom is the one who just seems to find herself in this type of predicament, but in the opposite sense....it is so bad that it cracks me up. Poor thing.
My mom is a teacher, and when she comes home to relax a bit, she ends up taking a nap. Unfortunately, there have been numerous times that either I have come into her room and she wakes up all of a sudden and can't really tell if it is day or night, sees the time as 7:00, and then proceeds to jump up and say OMG I am late for work. Meanwhile it is 7:00 pm.
One time, a friend of ours called our house at 7:30 pm, she answered the phone half asleep and then proceeded to ask the person what time it was and he said 7:30. I swear to you that my mother began to cry because she thought my brother and I had gone to work and did not wake her and now she would be late for work. Our friend had to calm her down and tell her 'no, Mrs. Santiago it is 7:30 pm, evening, night.'
So now when I walk into her room, I always make sure she knows that it is still nighttime.
