Duet emailed me during the week to let me know that my video was ready... Since they close at 6 everyday there is no way I can make it in time during the week...
So I asked them what time they were open on sunday. I got emailed back 1-5 pm but to call before I came.
So I called at 1:30 to say I was coming in and they told me they are leaving at 2:30. There is no way I could get there in time
Now I have to wait another week to pick up my video and drop some things off to them...
I am just really annoyed.

MAxine - can you tell them to bring your video to the NYC office - I think they are there on Mondays and Tuesdays - not sure. I work 1 block from them and I can pick it up for you if you want.

How about doing this through Fed-ex? That's how I received my video since I couldn't make it to the offices either.

I dropped everything off in Mid-late May they told me it would be ready the end of June.. They emailed me last week letting me know it was ready.
