I'm baaaaaaaaaaaack

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaack

So after a very long and very painful week without internet I'm back!!!!

Verizon severed a line outside my house and then took a week to get their butts here to fix it - and then had to wait another day so they could claim it wasn't their fault and that we had messed it up. *sigh*

Oh the up side, just wanted to share about my AWESOME day! Yo Yo Ma came to visit the school today and even played with the kids! Yay! The man is my idol (and an unbelievably down to earth dude)!

ETA: yes, I am a cellist, which makes the whole thing that much cooler.

Re: I'm baaaaaaaaaaaack

Hehe, thanks all

He came because the school is part of the Silk Roads Project, which he is also part of. And when I found out he was coming I make sure that I could be there. It was such an awesome experience for everyone
