I'm back

Went to Maine with my father and son. What a long ride home we had. We left there at 1:30am this morning and got home at 10am. Exhausted! My grandfather is ok, still hanging in there and that is good, it was good to see him and lighten up his days a little. Thanks to everyone for their well wishes, they paid off!

And a little thank you to my father for blowing my diet these past few days!! He insisted on going to places that served the worst kind of food possible. No kidding, the 5 lbs I just lost are back...I feel the fat on my body - yuck! So back to square one tommorrow!

I swear it's a never ending battle!
