So I've been sitting here lurking for the past few days and I've realized that it's silly to sit on the sidelines. Especially on some of the hot topics that I see floating around!! I can't help myself for wanting to jump in and post! But in any case, I'm back!
THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for everything that you have all done. Your messages and FMs have been invaluable. You have no idea. Seriously. I know I haven't really responded to your FMs (I get a little too emotional to really respond right now - I apologize) but just know that they all have meant so much to me.
It's been tough, yes, but getting back into a routine and keeping myself occupied has been the best thing for me. Mom and I are doing ok (me more so than her...), and we are just trying to get everything settled and back on track.
Most importantly...and I really mean this.... just be normal around me. I know it sounds so silly, but while the support and the love has been AMAZING and I appreciate all of you SO much for your kind words, I hope that the normalcy (and the drama ) of LIW will really help me get through all of this!! So don't feel bad for me and my family. We're strong. We're getting through all of this by staying close and leaning on each other. My only wish from everyone on LIW is that you just talk to me like the PITA that I am No pity party and no sad faces.
I know we already have the EAL patrol, but I'm going to start my own 'pity party patrol (PPP)' and I will call you out on it if you get mopey around me. Beware. You've been warned.
But again. THANK YOU. I really cannot believe the outpouring of support and strength you've all given me.
I cannot WAITTTTTTT to meet you all (or reconnect with some of you!) at the shower on the 6th. I owe you all some drinks for your fantastic support.

I actually saw it in the supermarket - a quick 30 minutes and its done kind of thing....and I was SOOOOOOOOOOO tempted.
