Hi Girls....!

Well a few weeks ago I had to say good-bye for a little so I could work on my relationship....well after trying all that I could- Daniel made the decision this was not what he wanted anymore and broke off the engagement. This is the most difficult thing I have had to face- we were together for 7 years and I didn't know this was going to happen.

I have missed you guys so much in the past 2 weeks but will have to get past that being that I am no longer a future bride.

Thank you for all of your support you all gave me in the past- I wish you all the best in your upcoming weddings.

So sorry to hear this and my heart-felt condolences..but I remember being in your shoes at the age of 22-23 when my college boyfriend un-officially broke off our engagement (we had discussed marriage for a year then I discovered he was secretly interested in dating another girl on campus behind my back).

Needless to say, I was an emotional wreck for a good 6 months to a year afterward, and had a lot of issues with men at that time.

However, now that the passage of time has cured most of that pain, it has given me the wisdom to know what I desire and value in a romantic partner and now I am engaged to a wonderful man who makes my college ex-boyfriend look pathetic in comparison!! Were it not for THAT experience, I would not have had the perspective I do today in my romantic relationship.

So I hope this pain will pass and that it will open the door to long term future happiness for the one you really are meant to be with!!

aw I am so sorry to hear this!!!

just know that things happen for a reason and I think it is better off now than later on...stay strong and keep your head up - your TRUE prince charming will come along before you know it!!!
