I'm beyond mad right now!

So a few months back I sent my info to a photobooth place a week and a half after we agreed upon a price and they sent us the agreement.

A few days later I get an email back saying that they are sorry but they booked someone else and that they will destroy my information.

I was upset, but it was my fault for not sending it quicker, so I just booked with another company. This was in January.


I just checked my bank statement and found a charge from the original photobooth company! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO mad right now! They were supposed to have gotten rid of my info! and now its two months later!!!

I don't know what to do! I set them an angry email, but they were horrible at communicating.

I tried calling a few times, but its going to voicemail. I'll try again Monday.


Should I wait to hear from them before contacting the CC ?

I might call the CC just to give them a heads up- usually they will tell you to contact the vendor already, but since they had no contract, etc, you may be able to file a claim right now through your CC

Don't you love how these things always happen on the weekend when no one is around for you to address the issue with?

That's soooo messed up!!! Call ur cc and and refuse that charge! What jerks!!!

I called CC last night and they said to give them a few days to make it right before I take action.... we'll see what happens!
