Im bored!!!!!

How did everyone meet their FH??? I met mine through a friend on a blind date... After the first date I knew I was going to marry him!!!!

i met mine on a dating website

well okay i rarely post in here lol sooo..........


i was with my x for almost 3 years and the relationship was going downhill & we were on a 'break' --- I am not sure how old everyone is but I have basically been in a relationship all my life so i really wanted just to go out with the girls & have a good time-- so we (the girls) would go out almost every single saturday for like 2 months straight-- & make a long story short-- my fh tried talking to me on 3 or 4 separate occasions either in the club or right outside of it & i wanted nothing to do with him-- 1- he really wasnt 'my type' at the time-- dont ask me what it was because idk lol & 2- I wasnt looking to meet anyone--so the final time he tried talking to me in the club he grabbed my arm to get my attention-- i just looked him in the eyes for a couple seconds and walked away--

background info--- the club is in queens-- fh lives in bayside-- i live in smithtown but used to live in bayside 6 years ago--sooo on myspace I was 'friends' with this kid i went to school with when i lived there--- so the fh found my picture (myspace was private) and he didnt know my name nor did i know his-- and he friend requested me--- I truly felt bad that i was kinda rude to him in the club-- i am really a nice person so i figured i would add him-- so i commented him-- 'ohh look who it is'---

&& we have talked every single day in some way or seen each other from that day on--- we found out that we had EVERYTHING in common-- neither of us look greek nor did either of us think we were greek so we found it hilarious--- the similarities go on and on--- from family issues all the way to the way we kiss etcetc

I sometimes bring up how hard it was for him and he loves to say that he won so it doesnt matter what it took to 'get' me!

This is gonna be a long one,

We met at the Riverhead Racetrack, through a family friend.

FH races at the Riverhead track and me and my sister had went for the 4th of July race because they do a whole firework show. Being that we know people we were able to have pit passes so that we can walk around the pits in between the races. We had went by where the family friend was hanging out which was at FH's car and we were talking to him for a while and then we left to go watch the rest of the races and then left to go home.

A couple of days later the family friend came over saying that FH wanted to take me on a date, I just laughed it off because I didn't think it was true, plus I had family coming from out of town so it wasn't going to be possible. So for the next month this friend would come over and say that he wanted to take me on a date and I kept saying no, then he finally said can I give him your number, so I finally said yes.

We started text messaging each other (FH is deaf) and we finally went out and have been text messaging each other ever since.
