I do breakfasts and lunches on Sunday night for Mon-Wed and then Wednesday night I do it for Thurs and Fri. I can not even imagine what its like to have kids and do this. For just fh and myself it takes forever!

i try and do dinners- sunday cook for a night or two since I work very late and FH can turn and oven on and off and that's it.

Being a single mom there are somethings I can get and be happy with. Instead of him paying $2.00 he pays $.25!!!!!

OMG I try to make my sandwiches the night before every night for just me. I thought the bread or something might go bad - what kind of sandwiches do you make?
AND . . .FYI - FH is sitting her with his friends watching Wrestlemania and I am on LIW. BUT Fh just told me how excited he is that I am even down here (in the basement) with him. I get the best of both worlds!

No sandwiches... i made grilled chicken and a salad for me and tuna without bread for fh. We're starting this new high protein diet that Lauren (MrsDrinkwater) is on and i feel like i packed soooo much for the day.... you're supposed to eat little meals.
I packed:
a baggie of carrots and cucumbers
a salad with grilled chicken
almonds
a piece of whole wheat bread
homemade guacamole that I plan on putting on the bread
jeez.... I'm the hungry little caterpillar!
