ahhhh hahaha don't do it!! i did it for the beginning of P90X and I just got depressed! lol esp when after a month of working my a$$ off FH lost 10 lbs and starting to change and I got NOTHIN!! LOL

i went to the supermarket today and got all this healthy stuff..

im going to eat like a normal human for once...that alone i can loose 10 lbs..

but the buffets.... oh the buffets...sooo irresistable

i wanna be buffff
