i'm bored and i think i hate my dress...

i was looking at pics from my friends wedding last year and i love her dress. it makes me think i don't love mine. now that i look at mine i think i hate it. but then i like it but could i have found something nicer?

Are you kidding-- you look great in your pictures...I peeked in you album! Don't second guess it!!! If you still do-- maybe you should just go visit it again and reassure yourself!

Jess, I totally feel your pain. It's soooo easy to second guess our dresses (I'm CONSTANTLY doing that)- it's a HUGE decision. there had to be a reason why you chose it...we just can't help comparing it to everything we see!

Just imagine it with your hair and makeup done....it will all come together!!!

OMG I just looked at your album- girl, you're nuts! Is that Felicity? I've always loved that gown- it is so beautiful and it looks soooo awesome on you!!!

You look absolutely gorgeous in your dress! I know what you mean though..I'll see another dress and question mine, but then I remember the way I felt when I put it on, and just knew it was right. (sorry, super cheesy answer..haha, but its true)

You look beatiful in your dress, just don't think too much. There is so many pretty dresses out there, If you find one you love, stop looking for more. Sometimes I feel like wedding gown is like your FH, you found one you loved, but you always wonder is there another one better somewhere but when you really think about it, you already choose the best one.

The best part of your dress it that you have a detachable sleeves. It gives it a feel that you have 2 gowns, so you can have pictures with different looks at your wedding.

NO WAY! Your dress look great on you! I love that dress. If you are really worried about it go visit it again and put it on and then see how you feel.

awww....i'm sure your dress is fantastic! i had moments before the big day when i hated my dress and was convinced it wasn't going to be right on me. i think we all go thru that. but i'm sure once you have it on and altered, you will remembver what you loved about it!

Aw I'm sorry you're having doubts but you look HOT!!! in your dress. I agree with the above poster it looks like two dresses! Try to remember the exact moment you thought 'this is the ONE!' I myself have had to do that. We pick them out so early and have to wait so long to wear it. You'll be beautiful, don't you fret!!

I just looked in your album - the dress is gorgeous. And it looks amazing on you!

why do you hate your dress? i thought about it from time to time. when i looked at other girls dresses. i thought maybe i bought my dress too soon. but ultimately when the dress comes in and your all done up with your make up and hair you will fall in love with your dress again. I am still waiting for my dress to come in. i havent seen it in a year. so i am just waiting so i can fall in love with it all over again.

dont be hard on your self. it is definitely hard to second guess your dress when there are so many different kinds of gowns out there. just remember you bought the dress for a reason. whether it was the neckline, the shape, the beading. etc etc

I went through the same thing........I got my dress, hated it, liked everyone elses better.......it was awful. I cried many tears over my dress. I looked at pics of other brides and got depressed that I could never loo so good.
On my wedding day, and now when I see the pictures, I would never have chosen any other dress. I LOVE IT! You will feel the same way. The problem is that so many gowns are so beautiful, its IMPOSSIBLE not to doubt your decision.
Try and remember what made you want this gown in the first place. I promise that those feelings will come back 100 times stronger on your wedding day.

One more thing....I just looked in your album at your dress.....IT IS AMAZING. IT IS A GORGEOUS DRESS.
You definitely made the right choice. It is classy, elegant, timeless, and magnificent. You will be a stunning bride!
