thats why I was thinking too!

Yep, Kenny's gay all right. Renee listed 'fraud' as the reason for filing the annulment. To be granted an annulment in the US, someone must prove his or her partner misrepresented a matter that was vital to the marriage. Sexual orientation is a pretty vital matter.

I just read this from someone:

'I Know Kenny Chesney is gay and have for years. I am a married mother of two, nearly 30. I have no reason to lie, whatsoever.

I was once married to a guy several years ago. My ex-husband's uncle worked at Kenny Chesney's record label and was dating him for SEVERAL months. My ex-husband's uncle was openly gay. He told the family he was dating him, but that it was hushed because of Kenny's career. This took place around 1997-1998.

I have no reason as an upstanding wife, mother, and adult to lie about this. I had told my current husband this about Kenny CHesney and my ex's uncle years ago. It was the first thing we talked about when these two got married, and I honestly do feel that Renee Zellweger was mislead.'

Laguna Beach gossip -

LC & Jason are going out...didn't think she was that dumb to fall for a guy like Jason...I so heart Stephen...sigh...

Garner Inadvertently Reveals Baby's Sex
Wednesday September 28 10:38 AM ET

Are Ben and Jen expecting a girl? Jennifer Garner appeared on NBC's 'Tonight Show' on Tuesday night, and seemed to refer to her baby as a 'she.'

'You can just start to feel really pregnant. Like you are the hugest person on the face of the planet. ... And then I felt just bigger and bigger like she ...' Oops. Garner put both hands over her mouth.

---

I saw her on Leno. I felt so bad when she let it slip. She was really trying to keep it private.

Gwyneth Paltrow expecting

Let the flagrant flinging of vitamin C-packed names begin. Star magazine speculates that Gwyneth Paltrow may be expecting another little fruitlet. The Oscar winner, already the proud mom of 16-month-old Apple (dad is Coldplay frontman Chris Martin), is supposedly due in the spring. 'Gwyneth is trying to contain her excitement about having another child, but she's incredibly happy,' a 'friend' of the couple tells the tab. 'She says this pregnancy puts a lot of things in perspective.' Paltrow, who turned 33 this week, has been talking up her domestic bliss while out promoting 'Proof,' recently enthusing to the London Mirror, 'I love my family and I feel very content.'

---

I actually saw Gwenyth and little Apple today!! How funny. She didn't look at all preggers. Just a girls day out shopping.

But I did see a ticker last night that Paris ended it with Paris. Shocking right?

IN the world of young Greek billionaires, Paris Hilton, 24, has traded up.
Hilton — who ditched her fiancé Paris Latsis, 23, a month ago but only formally announced it last week — has been romancing Mary-Kate Olsen's boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, 20, whose princely family makes the Latsis clan, worth $7.5 billion according to Forbes, seem nouveau riche.

On Friday, the new duo showed up at Spider Club in L.A. and 'made out all night and closed the place down,' our spy said. The next night, the couple was at Element with Paris' sister Nicky. Paris 'tried to get the club to turn the lights down so no one could see her and Stavros make out,' another spywitness recalled. 'She also got the club to clear out the bathrooms for her and her friends so that no 'fans' would be in there with her.'

Insiders predict Hilton's latest pairing — the party girl was also spotted cozying up to her music producer, Scott Storch, last month — won't last because the reserved Niarchos clan is so publicity-shy they didn't like Stavros dating Olsen. 'They haven't seen anything yet,' snickered our source.

The Stavros conquest is also threatening Hiltie's friendship with Olsen and her sister Ashley because Mary-Kate is said to feel betrayed. In fact, a lot of Hilton's famous friends seem to be flocking elsewhere. 'One Tree Hill' star Sophia Bush, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and other young Hollywood hotties have all stopped hanging out with Hilton for various reasons.

However, Paris can console herself with her jewelry. We hear the hotel heiress intends to keep the $5 million, 24-carat diamond ring Latsis gave her.

Meanwhile, the entire Hilton family is up in arms over a planned Jerry Oppenheimer book on their clan. Oppenheimer, whose recent expose on Anna Wintour, 'Front Row: Anna Wintour,' hit the best-seller lists, has been calling friends and family of Rick, Kathy, Paris and Nicky Hilton for a tome he is planning to do for HarperCollins.

Kathy Hilton has told friends, 'If anyone participates in the book they will be banned from the family,' and has even threatened several people, telling them, 'I can make your life very difficult [if you help Oppenheimer]. I am a very powerful woman.'

The Hilton's just need to STOP already.
How much more pathtic can this family, or Paris get?

It can happen, look at the author Terri McMillan, she too was in that situation, and for years, then when he got what he wanted ' Oh by the way I'm gay,and I want half'

Mandy Moore was Not in Rehab:

Moore says 'I am so overwhelmed by the absurdity of rumors and how on earth they could possibly get started,' fumes Mindy. 'Earlier this week, I was apprised of a wonderful piece of gossip that I was in rehab ... nice! As I sit here at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Los Angeles drinking my English Breakfast latte (quite a distance from a supposed Connecticut rehab center I have apparently checked myself into), I am so saddened that people stretch as far as they do in attempting to spread gossip that, at the end of the day, is just downright hurtful.'

Moore adds that this will be her only comment on the manufactured tale because 'it would probably make the originators of this ridiculousness happy and fuel their little fire.'
