Ugh, I'm sorry, it's probably stress!

How bad is it? All over or just a few? Spot treat with peroxide, but very sparingly, and not all over your skin. Unfortunately, I'm an expert at this.

its def stress.. happened to me too.. their is this organic line (sephora sells it) and I got the little starter kit ( I was using dermalogica but nothing was breaking my breakouts -- def a sign of stress) that is for clear skin ... its all natural so it shouldnt irrate you. Its called juice beauty and if you dont want to get the kit (its like 39 i think) def ask for a sample of the blemish clearing serum it will literally dry those suckers up overnight. During the day I have been using the Murad cover up stick (in medium) since its medicated and it really really helped!

Whatever you do, DON'T go nuts with rubbing alcohol or any other harsh acne medications that you're not already using on a daily basis. You could actually dry out your skin, therefore overstimulating your oil production and lead you to break out more. Also, dry skin flakes can clog pores and cause additional blemishes.

Murad makes a terrific product, I think it's Moisturizing Acne Gel Treatment.... it isn't cheap (like $45) but it supposedly works wonders.

I had an AWFUL breakout about a month ago. Finally I gave up and had a facial and told the aesthetician to be very gentle. It helped a lot. In the meantime, I used Neutrogena's blemish concealer with salicylic acid to cover up.

Re: im breaking out

thanks for all your tips girls! Its definately a combo of stress and the change of weather. This change over to actual heat/humidity makes my face super oily
