I'm bummed

I got a stupid speeding ticket today. I don't think I was going as fast as the cop said I was. Awesome way to start xmas. I knew I should have stayed home today.

Sent a protest by mail. Maybe they'll reduce it? I do this with parking tickets and it works. I know it's not the same, but it's worth a try. Good Luck!

wow, that sux! I hated getting those..
Where was the ticket given? How much was the difference in posted speed limit and the one listed on your ticket?
Depending on the jurisdiction, you may be able to plea bargain and get it reduced. I've fought every speeding ticket I've gotten - its worth a shot.
