In order to free all of you and boredom of complaints, I've decided to step up to the plate and start a new conversation topic. What do you guys think of this dress? I want something pink but I don't know if this is too much? I don't want to go with something traditional because that's just not me!
That's actually very pretty! Have you seen how some of the designers have dresses now that have a colored sash that goes around the waist, ties in the back and hangs down the back? Very pretty!
i think it's pretty...are you doing pink BM dresses too or that comes in other colors? defin is unique!
no I think the rest of the dress is white, or ivory, not too sure. I wanted to put my bridesmaids in pink but they're not happy about that so I figured brown with a pink sash that matches the dress, if I end up getting that dress. I am vertically challenged and not sure if the sash on it would make me look like a midget
I've seen those (David's Bridal, right) I love them too! A lot of designers are doing fun things with colors it's going to be hard to choose. Alfred Angelo has a whole color collection. Are any of you girls straying from the traditional wedding dress at all?
nah thats about the only thing traditional that i want really bad ....considering im not getting marreid in a church or in a hall...well maybe im exaggerating a bit ...but i always wanted the big white princess dress....but i love that dress i think its great u wanna do soemthing different ...oh and if u want ur girls to wear pink ...then tell them they have to wear pink...silly its ur wedding
Well they brought up the argument that they're all really pale and brown will look better on them than pink and they're kind of right! However, I do plan on putting my MOH in the reverse colors, pink dress with a brown sash, what do you think?
thats a great idea!! ....i want my MOH to stand out also ...but i dont know what to do since aqua is kinda hard to match with other colors ...i think i might just get them a different style dress
I've seen both done, do you have a specific dress picked out for your BM's? You can get a ligher aqua sash and have a little bit of a different color for her.

I think a pale pink could still look good on fair skinned girls... you just have to choose the right shade. The way I look at it and maybe this is the bridezilla in me (although, I'm not the one who said this, it was one of my BMs) is that if I want my girls in brown burlap sacks than so be it. You can't please everybody... which is quickly becoming my motto!!!![]()
My dress will be traditional. I don't think I love a color enough to put it in my wedding dress.

haha that's a great motto. I know what you mean, nothing is definite, I have awhile to decide whether i'll pull a bridezilla and make them hit the tanning salons...

You can definitely find a pink that will compliment everyone, just be careful with the tanning thing though...if they are anything like me you'll have a problem because I don't tan I burn and then just turn white again!![]()

I totally feel your pain... all of my BM's have that fair lily white Irish skin... and that's the ONLY thing they have in common, so I was stressing BIG time wondering what style dress looks good on all body types.![]()

that exact color and everything? It's gorgeous! I wore a similar color to my cousins wedding (a little lighter) and it was a complimenting color on all of us
Yeah. I actually haven't seen it in person, so I'm hoping it's not too different ya know? I figured the color would compliment my lily white girls and the cut and fabric would flatter any figure. We'll see.... my MOH and I will hopefully go 'test drive' it next week.
