I'm Commin Out...I want the world to know :)
After lurking on this board everyday for the last year and being with you guys without posting..I can finally say I'M ENGAGED..lol..it happend on Friday, Aug 20th...it was the most magical day of my life..Gary and I met at the Oyster Fest in October 2002 and it was def love at first sight...I walked into Canteberrys and i saw him from across the room and my heart just like skipped 50 beats...thats another funny story but i'll save it for another time...from the moment we met we knew..we havent been a part since...but anyway..back to the engagement...i was so shocked...I get home from work and gary wasent home yet, (or so I thought) and we were supposed to have dinner with my dad but gary said he had to go to the printers so i get the mail and go inside and its all dark and there were all these candles lit and our song 'the promise' was blasting on the radio..so i was like what the hell is he trying to light the cats on fire or something..lol..so i creep into our room and he's on the bed crying and i started crying...I felt like the breath had left my body..all the candles were lit and he starts reading me this poem:

thoughtful and totally unexpected —

for the person you are and the things you do —

then he gets down on one knee and says Stacey Ann C will you marry me..he was crying so hard and i was too the words wernt coming out too well...so i was like yes yes...so 5 more minutes of crying andf then we start jumping around the apartment like lunitics..so i say are we still meeting my dad for dinner he's like yeah we will just go over and show him the ring..so we get to Canteberrys (where we met) and all his family and all my family and my friends were there suprising me...it was classic...so now the fun begins..sorry this post is so long..i'm so excited...I want to give a special shout out to DIVABRIDE....she was the first person on here I had contact with and she helped me out tremendously..thank you Diva..its time to dance :) oh and i have a lot of time on my hands so if anyone needs anything researched on the internet let me know.
