I'm confused....

Sorry ladies, this might be a stupid question but...



My photographer owns his own company, however he'll be bringing along another photograher. So because my photographer is an independent, I'm not supposed to tip him?!


I thought you were supposed to tip anyone who was providing a service. I mean my makeup artist owns her own company, but based on what has been said, she should get tipped 20%
