Im confused arent Corsets suppose to be tight to hold you in?
I got mine yesterday and I didnt feel like it was tucking and hiding do you know what I mean? or is it suppose to feel like youre not wearing one?

how is it held together? unless it is custom made, there should be an option to pull it tighter...

It depends on the look you want. Some are just for show/look and others are designed to suck you in. Just make sure you don't do it up too tightly and have skin pucker over the top.

I got it at Marys Corsettes in Woodbury, she said we can take it in they do it right there the alterations but from the ones I tried on at davids bridal when trying on the dresses now those were suckers- and yesterday I didnt have that same feeling at all. It is def a real corset, but it just feels very different. you know what as I waited for it after paying I thought I saw the woman with it at the sewing machine- I just looked at it and they took it in- ahhhhhh I will know for sure monday at my first fitting if it feels different.

I have went to Orchard Corset place and I was surprised to see this store. As soon as I entered the owner asked me to take of the jacket. He told me my exact bra size , put a ladder to the tons of boxes and he has pulled two corsets for me. I tried one and it was perfect!!! and $47. This place was recommended to me by my friend and also a lady who works in Macy's Bridal. Warning!!! No corsets hanging as a display All you see are boxes!!!!

Some corsets are designed to make the waistline look smaller while pushing up the boobs. But I have seen one too many brides , and other wear them (and their dresses) too tight thus creating back cleavage. There is not supposed to be a line down your back. Not a good look. Be careful and make sure it fits properly.

thats how much mine was and they altered it NO CHARGE!!! Same here NO CORSETS showing at all.
