I'M CRUSHED!

So, I go to David's Bridal today dress in hand intending to purchase my undergarmets.

Well, I get my size 4 dress on and I float in it. I LOST wait. I didn't even know. I purchised my dress in January and I guess have lost 10 lbs. since then. With all the detail in my dress they can't take it in as much as it needs. So I need a size two. Well, they called the store AND the warehouse and right now they have no one who has a size two. So they have to make one and they are telling me it will probably not be in until 10 DAYS before the wedding. And who knows...what if that doesn't fit and needs altered; 10 days before the wedding!!!

So, I guess I'm going wedding dress shopping again. I love my dress.

I'm going back to David's on the 25th of this month to try other dresses. I figure I need a plan B...just in case. So, I will pick another dress and HOPE that mine will be in sooner than 10 days before the wedding. If it gets to be end of August and it isn't in I will keep the Plan B.

I don't understand, I didn't even mean to loose weight. *****!!

I'm sorry. Sometimes you don't even realize it.-I've been so busy lately I weighed myself the other day and I weighed 5 lbs less than I did two weeks ago-I wasn't even trying to lose weight either. Stay positive and definetly keep the backup plan. Good luck on your search.

why not try to gain the weight back? haha i know that sounds crazy but if you looked awesome in your dress the first time, and this truly is the dress, then i'd gain the weight

I'm going to try and gain what I can...but it will still only be enough to fit into the size two I think. I tried on a different dress that was a size two and it was still a little big. I actaully cried when they told me that there was no way I could where my dress. I've had it since January and I adore it. It's simply beautiful.

I would order the smaller size. Without even trying, I lost 8 pounds the last month before the wedding due to stress.

It just s_cks! I want my freaking dress and I want to stay this thin. I wouldn't mind gaining the weight back I just haven't been hungry lately. I think because of stress.

No, thank God. They are letting me exchange...thats the one good thing. They said I can exchange my size 4 dress for any other dress in the store and then if mine does end up coming in I can exchange again.
