im confused too lol...Well in april of this year i get a letter from the law office of so and so bc of a debt collection, uhmmm this is the first time i EVER received anything about this so i call them flipping out bc they froze my bank account...well after calling and them giving me an attitude saying 'WE'VE SENT YOU NUMEROUS NOTICES' i asked to what address, THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS!!!!! she felt so stupid after, anyways thats not the problem. Now im really pissed but i say fine ill take this settlement agreed right away, go to the bank that weekend and nothing is done yet. The lawyer kept telling me they sent the bank a fax and the bank kept saying they didnt get it, well this went on for a month and a half, i was going to the bank almost everyday...I finally had to take a day off and i did their work basically when i called the banks office that deals with this and waited on the phone when they received the fax and the girl says to me oh well its the wrong ref number thats why your bank account is still frozen again i flip out bc im like you have been receiving these faxes for how long now and instead of informing me when i call that its the wrong ref number from the lawyer and fixing it you just say no we didnt receive anything this was the manager and even she was annoyed, it took her figuring it out and all her employees couldn't do it.

ANYWAYS after close to 2 months i asked if they can take it directly out of my bank account they said yes so everything was done with..I GOT a letter yesterday from the marshall about the same thing and now bc they say its gone so long they are taking it out of my paychecks I called up the lawyers office first, and it took me explaining a few times and finally her checking to see that i settled but she says well we cant take it out of your bank account, uhmmmm no you said you can, then i yelled about how for 2 months bc of their mistakes of sending wrong ref numbers they screwed me over...i called the marshall's office and they said i have to fix the problem with the lawyers office.

I honestly really cant even do this right now, 5 months before the wedding and all themoney we have to give...i swear im gonna take those workers to court, this is not my fault

So it has been a little more than 3 weeks that I have been out of work now. I have been looking for a job but there is just nothing and it is so depressing. I am so bored and I can't go out because all I will do is shop and I have no money. I cannot sit in my apartment for one more day

I remember when I got fired from my first job it felt like i was out of work FOREVER
and now looking back it was only April to August! I was so sad that whole time

Try to enjoy the free time and soon you will be employed!

I'm actually in the middle of a career change. I worked in the early childhood education for the past 5 years but I recently received my MBA in Marketing so I am trying to get into that now. It's been tough b/c although I have the education backing me, I lack the professional experience. I have been just waiting for the right opportunity but lately I have been applying to anything.
