Ms - hard 's', almost like a z - sort of like 'whiz'.
Miss - like 'kiss' with an m.

Is this what you mean???

Ms. - pronounced 'Miz'

Mrs - pronounced 'Misses'

Miss - same as the word 'i miss you'
