I just called the East Norwich Inn to block rooms and they're booked for my date! I don't know what I'm supposed to do. Does anyone know of any other decent hotels in the Bayville area? The Garden City hotel will be too expensive.

Not sure if it is too far for you (about 8 miles away) but friends of our are getting Married at the Crescent also and they blocked rooms at the Fox Hollow Inn in Woodbury.

I am getting married at the Crescent as well and we blocked rooms at both the Fairfield in Syosset (moderate) and the Fox Hollow in Woodbury (more expensive). Definitely check out the Fox Hollow, it is really pretty.
East Norwich was booked for us as well but I so much prefer the Fox Hollow.

I have Thursday off, so I'm going to head out and check out the hotels. I don't want them to be any further than 15 minutes because that would defeat the point, we only live in Westchester.

I got married at Crescent. We booked rooms at the Fox Hollow-the discounted rate came to about $200 a room. We had a bus drop guests off at the Fox Hollow so most stayed there. Be careful if you use a bus- it can't fit under the bridge so the ride from Crescent to Fox Hollow is about 45 minutes! A lot of our guests also stayed at the Fairfield and said it was very convenient, nice and affordable.
