I'm freaking out

What did you guys write on whatever went on or in your OOT boxes?

I dont have anything to put on the outside of my gable boxes except a ribbon???

Shuttle info....what else?

Do you have other group events? A brunch on sunday or something?

If not - how about a 'top 10 things to do' list for the area?

First, go to Staples and get large address labels.

Put your names, date of wedding and maybe your monogram, or something.

2. Write a note on the inside.

Thanks for coming and sharing our special day. We have given you some snacks, and We are including some info for you:

--here are some places to have dinner the night before

--wedding starts at X time

--Shuttles leave at X time

--shuttles return at X time

--after party? Or will you all get together in the bar of the hotel after the wedding

--brunch is hosted by us at X time on the day after

--here are places you can go to get breakfast the day after

--cab phone to get to airport..

We welcome our guests from far and near,
And say a big thank you for being here!
Here are some goodies for you to use and eat
To make your stay a little more sweet

And celebrate our wedding day!

On the other side I included information for transportation from the hotel to the RH (we got married there) and explained what time people should be there and that there will be a return shuttle at 5:30.

I also included directions from the hotel to the RH in case people wanted to drive themselves. I put a small map on the bottom with the directions.

I used cardstock to print them and put two 'welcome messages' on each page and just cut them in half, one per bag.

I didn't put anything on the outside of ours (because the box has a pattern on it). But we're including a directions card to the RH (since I figure a lot of people will forget the invite one at home), an insert for the brunch the morning after and for those in the wedding party directions to the rehearsal dinner. We'll also include an insert about the shuttles.

If you want to do something on the outside do like a timeline. Showing when shuttles leave the hotel (if you have them), time ceremony starts, time CH starts, time reception starts and when shuttles will return.
