i ordered bedroom furniture in OCTOBER.. i didnt receive it til DECEMBER.. dresser came damaged.. im STILLW AITING for a new dresser. they are so fkn rude they hung up on me TWICE
so i called back telling the manager to go fk herself.
fh and i are taking a ride there tomorrow.

Ugh I hate that crap.
Home Depot pulled this kinda stuff when they re-did our ktichen! We're still waiting on two drawers since last summer! And they effed up all the wiring- none of the outlets in the kitchen work! NEVER let Home Depot do renovations for you!
Hope you get an answer when you talk to them in person.

This is like that issue I had with The Place on 110. I seriously said things to them that I have never heard anyone say to another human being and I am 99% sure one of the women who works there might have a restraining order against me.

but yea, I'd go up there and raise hell! like FREAK out in the showroom, but make sure there are other customers around!
if you can get your money back go across the street to bobs. my brother got his set there, and saved A LOT! we went back and forth between them and island furniture... IF wanted $1000 MORE for the set and bobs included the mirror.. IF didn't.
I ended up getting kicked out of IF because I got nasty with them over that.
