jetblue is probably the best if you dont like to fly....tv makes it go quicker...and ITA with the 3.5 hour flight

i hate jetblue... but I do agree, the TV is the best option...
or a gameboy/psp/laptop.. just something to keep you entertained.
but honestly- DRUGS.. if you're that freaked out, go to your dr and ask for an Rx...
