My nose is running and my throat is scratchy and I have a headache.
It's freaking July..who gets a cold in July??????????????? Ughhhhh...I don't want Rudolph nose on my wedding day
On a positive note, I made my final payment today..everything's all set!!! Just a few last DIY projects, rehearsal Friday & spa bach party Saturday..yay!!! Now COLD GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear! fluids and vitamin C! FH swears by ColdFX when he feels a cold coming on.

Summer colds are horrible. Drinks lots of oj and try to rest (yes I know that is ridiculous). Feel better!!!

FH had a summer cold in late June and then gave it to me. My throat felt like someone poured acid on it!! I could barely swallow. We were both sick for like a week, it was terrible! Really stuffy and coughing.
FH took azithromycin which did nothing. I just had to ride it out.
Feel better soon!!!! drink lots of tea and take vitamins.

zinc is supposed to work --but you have to start taking it at the first sign of the cold

Oh no, that's terrible! I find that summer colds are worse than other colds, the past two years I have gotten really bad ones which turned in to bronchitis and other really nasty and lingering ailments. I really hope that the same doesn't happen to you!
