I'm trying to change my chat avatar and it's not working!!! I got it to change last night and now it went back to my original picture. I've tried deleting the old one and just uploading the new one, and it still isnt working..

do you delete the picture first save the changes and then try uploading a new one...sometimes we go to upload, see it doesnt work and then delete after while uploading one at the same time.
