Awww! I was crying watching that video clip! DH and I decided to see eachother before the ceremony only about 2 weeks before the wedding. I always thought we'd see eachother for the first time as I was walking down the aisle. But we decided to change our plans, and I don't regret it one bit.
I'm SO GLAD we decided to see eachother first. It was such a special moment for the both of us. I made sure the photographer (Duet) knew that we wanted it to be a private moment for us. We haven't gotten our video back yet, but I am 100% positive that it was the best decision we made that day. I was crying as I walked up to see my DH. His back was to me, just like Diana's DH, and he couldn't tell I was crying. But I'm so glad that moment was for us, and not everyone else that day.

That's exactly how I feel about this. I mean, I honestly don't want to be crying walking up the aisle even though that can be special also. I just wanted us to see each other first before everyone else. I think we will still cry...but not as much and at least I won't go into the ugly cry..lol. I love this idea more and more every day...and slowly I am convincing him.

I had the Ugly Cry as I was walking toward DH. I was trying not to cry and holding it back and I'm SURE i was making some ugly faces. Then I stopped walking and regained my composure and started walking again. I'm still waiting for my proofs, but I'm sure they got it all on camera. But no one will ever have to see those pics if I dont want them to!

THat is so true I keep hearing Altoids works..somehow the vapors prevent you from crying?? I doubt it..but I am willing to try anything not to 'ugly' cry
