Im getting nervous

I just called Burtons to make an appt for my girls to order their dresses and they will be closed till jan. 4th. My wedding is July 3rd. I feel so nervous about getting this done. Should I wait till jan or should i try another place? They had the best price on my dress.
I thought I would get this done the week I had off from work but I guess not. There is always an obstacle.

Other girls may disagree, but honestly, I think you should be good. You are giving yourself 7 months which is the 'timeline' all the magazines say. I think you should be fine, even see if they can write it in your contract that it will be there in time or there will be refund or something (check with the other girls because I may be naive thinking companies could do that).

Yea that seems fine as long as you dont pick a really obscure dress or something like that. They will be honest on how long it takes too , so just make sureyou ask before falling in love with something.

I dont think a week or two will really make too much of a diff. You could always look at other places for the dresses and then call and put the order in when they open back up.

well i don't know if i'm any example but we haven't ordered yet and i'm getting married in may!!!

i'm not sweating it...order will be in after the new year!

You'll be fine. My girls ordered their dresses in September and they all had theirs in (different dresses) by the end of October.

You will ABSOLUTELY be fine ! They say it takes up to 6 months.......at the most. My girls ordered in Sept and their gowns were in by the middle of November. - Don't sweat it at all !!

You should be fine. They say 6 months but it only take maybe 3 months tops. I order my girls dress in spet and they will be in jan 1 they said. So you have time. But i was like i want to get it done so they are order.
