Do you girls cook/clean? I have such good ideas and intentions, but lately if FH doesn't cook, we don't eat

FH doesn't cook. If I don't make him food he will buy food and he's not allowed to spend money unnecessarily!

OMG the same thing is going on here!! We haven't eaten 'dinner' in the past couple of days because I'm just not motivated and FH can't seem to get off the couch once he comes home from work!

I do cook here for my family quite often. FH is lucky that I am quite the chef and can take leftovers and make a great meal if I had to! He's cute when he cooks...he makes a mix of whatever he likes, whether or not they'd work together lol I told him already he will be the grill master!

I cook every night too. Its good to keep some things on hand that make for a quick dinner - cutlets, chicken sausages, rice, beans, etc... then you can throw things together quickly. I also make a big pot of sauce at the beginning of the week - usually on sunday - so we can always resort to pasta if all else fails.

i cook dinner every night except tues, that is FHs night and we have a system who ever cooks, doesnt have to do the dishes.....works out well for me.... and i clean every room in the house but the bathroom and kitchen cuz FH says i dont scrub enough....so he does those rooms i am def not martha but maybe someday, a girl can dream right?

You ladies are my heroes. I can barely imagine myself cooking every night. Even when I don't have work! Maybe if I just do it more, I'll find it more interesting.

What a deal! Maybe that's a good trick...don't scrub enough so FH thinks we can't clean! LOL

I love to cook, but Im too hungry to put in real effort by the time I get home! If I ever get to be a stay at home mom, Ill make some crazy yummy dinners!
