So, I posted the other day about my trip to the ER because i hurt by back at work.
Well, they gave me a paper saying that my employer is required, by law, to pay for my medical bills since it happened at work and i have 5 days to send the paper back, and i need the name and address of the insurance people for the people i work for.
remember, this is a little part time job at a damn pizza job. nothing big!
I went to my manager today to get the info that I needed. We ended up getting into a huge arguement because she was refusing to give it to me. she then told me she would have it for me in a few hours, so i am going back up there shortly.
I just cant keep my cool with this woman any longer.
***UPDATE*** she signed the papers for me, but left before i got there to pick them up from her! she left them with the shift supervisor

wow they are liable though and their ins pays for it whats her issue... if she gives u a hardtime u can take her to court. hopefully she makes this easy

Yeah her workers' comp insurance will pay for it, but her rates will go up. This is probably why she's being a jerk about it. She better give it to you though because court is MUCH worse than her rate going up. Sometimes people can't see past the end of their nose you know?

Seriously!! It'd be a hassle but you'd win hands down. I hope she doesn't give you a hard time, as if you really need to deal with that on top of everything else!

they called it siaticia or somthing like that. It's still hurting pretty bad, but they gave me muscle relaxers and pain killers so thats helping a little bit. If it keeps up, I have to have an MRI to make sure its not a herniated disk....
good thing, being the english major i am, i quickly skimmed over this, because I had herniated d!ck
