I had a not so great attendant there because of my budget (which wasn't very small!) but I hear mixed reviews, like everywhere!

I was looking at the price ranges on the website and they have some really great ones in my budget, I even saw Melissa Sweet. I love her stuff. Jane Wang seems nice. I know I don't have to pay in full which is nice

I upped my budget for Klienfelds to 5000... but really I wanted something under 3000. They were very good about it! I worked with Keasha.

they did have a pretty good selection of dresses. i wasnt thrilled with my attendant. she kept bringing me dresses that looked NOTHING like what i was showing her....eventually the managers got involved and they found the dress i ended up buying.

if u dont like ur attendant...speak up. not all of them a good at their job lol. just my opinion.

lol no i dont think it was that, i watch the show and they ask ALOT of ppl that. It all depends on your salesperson. Thats why i am glad i got who i got bc she was a sweetheart and so nice. I see her in the meetings on the show but she doesnt come on the show, maybe she doesnt want to be on or who knows. But she works at kleinfelds for like 25 years I think. She asked me if i knew what style dresses i wanted to look at, any particular designers, and i told her designers i wanted and what style i wanted and she went with that. She even convinced me to spend a little less lol bc she felt the other dress looked better on me, i was deciding between 2. So i really appreciated her for that, she didnt try to push the more expensive dress on me just to make a sale. She said this is her job and to help the bride pick the perfect dress for her and she said hey it would be better for me if i sold you the more expensive dress but i wouldnt feel good about doing that when i know the other dress looks so much better on you.

my 90 min appt was actually 2 hours or more

i had a 4:30 appt and it closed at 6pm that day. When i realized the 90 mins were almost up I said OMG i have to get dressed quick bc the time is almost up. My saleslady said not to worry at all bc i was her last appt of the day and to take my time. I also didnt know they were closing at 6pm that day lol so when i looked around and noticed workers leaving i felt bad again and said i have to go i cant keep ppl there after store hours and again her and the manager said to take my time and seriously not worry at all. I did it quick after that bc i did feel bad. I tried on the 2 dresses i was deciding between about 2-3 each, i was driving myself crazy.

ETA--when I couldn't spend $4,600 on the Jim Hjelm I wanted, Tracy helped me basically create my own version of it thru a Marisa with alot of alterations. I love her/them!
