When is your b-day, mine is April 10th?? I think our men are stepping up, Roger told me he is taking me to St Lucia for my b-day I almost fainted when I heard. Usually I am the one that plans all the trips.
I hope you have a lovely time, Roger and his son went 2 yrs ago and they had a good time. A lot of what was listed above they did. Take lots of peekshures.

Griffith Observatory (where Rebel w/o a Cause was filmed, plus great view of Hollywood Sign and the City of LA) Chinese Mann Theatre (where the handprints are) Santa Monica Pier Getty Museum Huntington Beach - watch the surfers! PCH - great views throughout
Stay at Shutter's on the Beach in Santa Monica - GEORGEOUS HOTEL AND OCEAN VIEWS (Sunsets are phenominal!!

I stayed at the St. Regis- it was really nice- it wasn't near the beach or anything but it was a nice hotel.

Mine is the 12th!! we're both Aries.. lol
St. Lucia!! YUMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! I've never been but have heard nothing but amazing things about it.. LOTS OF SHOPPING i Heard.. you will have such a great time, and I PROMISE.. TONS of peeekshures!

yeah, def try to rent a car and take a drive up the pch. go up the pacific coast highway, not down. going up to northern cali is nicer than going south. carmel, san fran, santa cruz..santa barbara...

I loooovvvveee LA. I am there about 4 times a year so I know alot of stuff to do and see but most have mentioned the big things. If you want to be in the middle of everything, there are cool hotels on Sunset Blvd. I like staying there because you're right in Hollywood and close to alot of highways. Plus if you go out in Hollywood, you can either walk or take a cab (traffic is HORRIBLE there). There's the Standard hotel which is a boutique hotel. Also, the Mondrian. I think both might be Ian Schrager hotels - I def. know the Mondrian is.
Also, the Getty Museum is beautiful and if you have a clear day, you can see so much of LA.
Restaurants? I loved the Ivy, Ago, Mr. Chow (also one in NY) and In and Out Burger is great too!
Also, walk down Melrose Avenue and go in all the freaky shops. It's so much fun. There's one in particular called Cosmo's with the most hysterical guy I've ever met!

I was just in L.A. the beginning of the month and unfortunately, the Observatory is closed for renovations until 2006. Definitely go to Bev. Hills and Getty Museum is great, too. The architecture is beautiful. It wasn't as warm as I thought it would be though! Have a great time.
