Im going to strangle my dog

well not reallly... i woke up this morning to feathers all over our bedroom ....my Lab ripped apart our down feather comforter

im sorry!!!! I know exactly how you feel!!! We have two cats and a dog and they destroy everything! We wake up every morning to something new!

That's a lab puppy for you.

I know you have a yellow lab like Fh and I, and oh boy...he gets into everything. I 'dog' proof everytime I leave

He tore apart a pair of my very expensive boots one day when I forgot to 'dog' proof.

Hopefully after they turn 1.5 yrs old they'll calm down. I've heard that's around the age they calm down.

Yep mine did that two weeks ago!! I woke up and it looked like my room was covered in clouds!!

we gate her in the kitchen when we go out just to give her more room to roam and she has already ripped apart the molding

have you tried spraying your molding with bitter apple? i know some dogs hate that and will not touch anything with it.

I feel for you. My cute little Chihuahua has destroyed 3 comforters already in the past 2 years.
We can't just buy any comforter.

Nic, that $uck$! Sorry to hear. How is she now? Molly is going through a chewing phase now too...you're not alone. I hope she gets through this fast! Have you tried Kong chew toys or Nylabone bones? We got her a nylabone, and she can't get through that at all!

Jen she has Kong toys ...she eats them too..thats why she had surgery ..I could kill her with all the stuff she has dystroyed

yikes, bad doggy lol. Umm now remember why FH is so against pets LOL My doggie at my mom's was a terror but now I think she's feeling her age.

What about raw hide....Max LOVES raw hide and gets distracted for hours with it. He had a Kong but I think he buried it in the backyard..it's been M.I.A for a few weeks now.
