You might have thought this already but Macy's!!!!
I had a great experience there, I didn't have an appointment and the 'squeezed' me in right then and there. They were really nice.

if you want to look at demetrois dresses go to macy's
and then there is also kleinfelds on 20th street between 5th and 6th
