I am starting on monday with my diet!!! I know I can't stat before thanksgiving. This way I can stuff my face now and then just work it off after...lol

Good for you! I don't belong to a gym but I did a workout last night and I'm doing one tonight as well so I won't feel SO bad when I sit down for dinner on Thursday.

I think I just read in Glamour 'The Lazy Girl's Guide to Working Out' - it's about doing curls and such with shopping bags - awesome. Right up my alley and others probably...

I've been paying $50/month for the gym since September but have only been once. I am a champion slacker!!!! wooo hooo.

lol that is awesome..yea right now im having a hard time sticking to my diet and exercise plan..its winter..so I'm really lacking motivation! But i love shopping, so it would be great to incorporate both!

Jenn, so have I. What gym are you paying for? I've been paying $50 a month for a Bally membership and I haven't gone in almost a year.

Mine's $72 a month and I go about once a month lately! I'm so dumb, think how much more money that would be for my wedding! But I'm gonna start going regularly . . . soon . . . any day now . . .

I joined a gym in Sept. I was doing good, until this month....I have just been so busy...you know if it's not one thing it's another......so I also told myself after Thanksgiving starting next Monday I am going to go back.
