EDIT:::::::::: Macys in smithaven mall = BAD!!! LOL Ok so i just got back from seeing my dress! and let me tell you, the woman there were TOTALLY NASTY!!! they gave me my dress threw me in a fitting room and that was it! my best friend and mother had to help me take it out of the bag, i had questions and TRIED to get them to come over and NOPE, nothing!!!!!!!! till my mother went over and tapped her on her shoulder and said we need some help PLEASE! and she did come over but she seems annoyed at us.whatever i was nasty back when they asked me when i wanted to get my dressed fitted and i said ill be taking it somewhere eles to be fitted and they said ok why is there a problem and my mother and i kinda went off but not as much as we should of but we got our point accross! so anyway here are the pics. please excuse my faces i was being a little silly and my best friend got a lot of pics with me in the mist of talking lol oh and the little guy in the backround is my little brother! isnt he so happy haha No one to watch him so he HAD to come. he was mad haha EDIT AGAIN:::::::: the other pics are in my ''1st fitting album'' the rest wouldnt load sorry!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't worry too much about Macy's if you've ordered your dress there. You'll get it, and it'll be fine. The woman who helped me was very nice.
I am planning to order from Phyllis, though, just because she can get a better price (and gets better reviews on here than Macys). However, I did not, so far, have a bad experience with them.
I've heard bad things about their alterations, though, so if you're really worried, go somewhere else for the alterations.

I had a bad experience there with there customer service as well.

I had a similar experience there when i was looking for dresses a few years ago - the service was HORRIBLE! Needless to say I didn't buy my dress there.

SORRY YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MACY'S. I ORDERED MY DRESS FROM THEM THEY HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT NICE AND PLEASANT TO ME SO FAR. I HAVE BEEN IN WEDDING PARTIES AND WE GOTTEN OUR BRIDEMAIDS DRESSES FROM THEM AND HAD NO PROBLEMS EITHER. I DO WORRY A BIT NOW ABOUT HAVING A PROBLEM BUT I HAD PROBLEM IN OTHER PLACES THAT I SEE GIRLS RAVE ABOUT, I GUESS IT JUST THE LUCK OF THE DRAWING.
