I'm having a mini nervous breakdown...

I need to vent and whine because I'm gonna lose it!

We'll start with Bennetton. I bought a blouse, it was beautiful, taylored, loved it. Washed it (according to the instructions!). It got ruined. I brought it back (Friday), they told me to come back (Monday) when the store manager was there (why isn't she here now?) and maybe she'd be able to help me. I went. She helped me, no problem BUT she gave me the wrong size. So I go back today. They don't have my size, and the store manager isn't there yet so they can't give me the same freakin shirt in a different color because I don't have a receipt...so I ask when the store manager going to be here tomorrow, because I can't come back today. She has tomorrow off. How can you have store policies that require a store manager to be there for certain types of exchanges but then have full days where the store manager won't even be there???? UGH!

I have midterms in a week - I like to spend my lunch 1/2 hour studying if I can. But no, I had to walk all across freakin downtown manhattan for no reason at all and here I am stuck with a shirt that I can't use. I need another 4 hours in each day just to get everything done that I need to do. I don't need this headache!

I don't see why they can't just let you exchange it. You have the tags still on it,right?
What is the big deal? Instead they inconvenience you, the customer and make you make another trip back to the store later in the week. I would write a letter to the main office and maybe they will give you a discount for a future purchase. Make sure you tell them the girl's name who was helpful.

That's ridiculous! If you have the shirt OBVIOUSLY you got it there, why can't they just do an exchange? Which Bennetton did you go to? I think there is one on 3rd & 42nd.

ok you go back in that store ask to speak to the manager..then tell them listen up buddy, do you know who i am...of course he'll be like no..then you tell him well have you ever heard of a group called LIWeddings. He'll say no. then you tell him well this group is a bunch of brides and when you Piss one of us off, you Piss us all off and you dont want to Piss off a bride planning her wedding now do you pal.

then look at him and say well do you feel lucky punk?? well do ya??? now are you gonna handle this situation or am I gonna have to get ugly....

while I was screaming and half crying at the girl who was 'helping' me, this guy who saw the whole transaction yesterday with the store manager was staring at me from the corner of his eye like okay, I'm going to have to call security on this chick...I think this was my first ever scene in a store. Yay for me!

I threw shoes off a guys counter because he Pissed me off when he told me that he couldnt fix my boots and that I was stupid for not understanding why he couldnt fix my boots

PC Richards no one was helping me so I yelled 'what am I friggen invisable around here' then 3 sales people came to help me and i said oh now you want to help me well i dont need it anymore. then i walked out

Pizza hut, I ordered 6 buffalo wings one day. The next day i went back and wanted 6. The girl told me dont have that, we only have 12. I said well i had it yesterday. She said well i dont know who did that but we dont have that. I said i had it here in this location and I had it yesterday. I paid this amount of money. (i even had the receipt stuffed in my pocketbook) now I want my 6 wings for this price. She said we dont do it. I said fine make me the 12. I stood their for 5 minutes, then said I'll be back.....Yea right....never went back.
