Taco Dip!!! With the cream cheese and salsa and stuff - I can eat that whole darn thing by myself.
ETA: recipe
3 (8oz.) cream cheese 2-3 cans of chili with no beans jar of jalapeno peppers bag of shredded Mexican cheese
Spread cream cheese out in a cake pan .then layer it with chili , drain jalapenos , spread out over chili, top with shredded cheese . Put in the oven at 350 for about 30 min. Or until cheese is melted.

quiche is always good for get togethers.. filling and simple to make. it's always a hit at my 'penis parties' lmao.. love those passion parties!!
Another good one is stuffed mushrooms.. SOO simple to make.. just put some butter and bread crumes in a sauce pan..ad some chopped mushroom stems or you can add chopped clams..anything you like.. some cheese and some seasoning.. you can really play around with it.
I make a roll that people always love at my parties.. ( i love to cook and bake ) you get pizza dough ( you can make it, get it frozen, or buy it from the local pizza parlor).. Roll it out like a rectangle i gues i'd say... spritz some oil or butter on it.. add some seasons or bread crumbs.. then layer some prosciutto (they cut it nice and thing... it's best for this so it's not overkill) .. some munster cheese, and a few crisped pieces of bacon... then roll it.. like a strombollit type thing... sprizt the outside again with oil or butter and add bread crumbs... it comes out really nice!!
Sorry to go on and on... i love making stuff for these kinds of things..lol

a weird one. It was called 'Please Stop Laughing at Me' by Jodee Blanco. A memoir from a female bullying survivor. I liked it. Not our ususal fare. I want to read ' A Thousand Splendid Suns' next.
