So yesterday I started to look for bridesmaid dresses and I found something that I really loved. My original plan was to go with a sage green dress but I found this dress and I can't get this out of my head. I think it matches my theme. I'm going for a vintage romance look. However, this dress is almost an ivory color. You can't really see it in the pictures but the ivory overlay has little polka dots which I think looks very vintage. I would add a sage sash to it and have them wear sage shoes. Right now the underlay is a champagne color that's why it's looking so light in pictures. I really don't mind it but will people think I'm crazy?!! Also, I can change the underlay but originally the salon said that the underlay didn't come in sage but after looking online it looks like the underlay can be sage green but I kinda like the clean look of the champagne underlay with sage accents . The wedding dress in the picture isn't mine I was just using it as a color reference. So what are your thoughts? I'm I crazy? Should I go for the green underlay? Thanks ladies!!!
If you like it, go for it. I personally wouldn't though. It's too similar in color to your dress & I'd want my dress to 'pop' more in pictures

a green underlay would probably look really cool! i like the dresses though it looks pretty with the champagne too- it's really up to you and what you want in the end though. I would personally add the sage green underlay so that they stand out a little more in pictures, but that's just me

I love those dresses, but personally I would want my dress to stand out. Adding a green underlay could be really pretty as well, I certainly love the style of the bridesmaid dress, very flattering.

How does it look with the green under?? Who makes it? I like it but you might want to go with your original plan I think it may be too close to looking white

It's a Alvina Valenta dress and I wouldn't be able to see it with the green underlay unless we order it that way. I agree it's too close to my dress color so I may just take the chance and hope it looks awesome with the green underlay. I don't want to get my hopes up because originally they said it didn't come in sage green but they are checking because on the Alvina Valenta website it says it does.

VERY CUTE!!! I think the green could look amazing but I am the worst visual person so I would really have to see to know!
