My parents are looking to go to Italy sometime in the near future, and FH took an Italian Art History class a few years ago in college.
FH was actually teaching MY DAD, the self-proclaimed 'king of trivia', about Bernini (sp?)
I seriously LOVE that guy!!!

I'm sorry, I guess I forgot to write what makes it funny....
My FH is a couch hogging, Mets-loving, 'don't talk to me when the game is on', farting, burping, poker-playing, 'only shave when I have to' kinda guy...
I'm shocked he knows ANYTHING about art, and even more shocked that i didn't know he knows something about art! I've known him FOREVER!

I have seen it!! I spent 14 days in Southern Italy when I was a jr in HS. Rome and south. It was 2000, so the Holy Door was open at St. Peter's - so so so unreal.
