with Chateau Briand! How did that happen??? I must've sped past that place at least a billion times and never had the desire to really check it out...til now. And now I'm in love!

Are you wavering between CB and CLM? If you want to be pragmatic about it, you could decide based on which is going to negotiate a better deal... assuming you'd be thrilled at either place!

I agree if you're between 2 places and you would be thrilled with either place go with who will give you the most 'bang for your buck!'

I never would've considered right on Old Country cuz my shoe store is nearly adjacent and my Walmart is right there.

For different reasons I fell in love with CB. The outdoor oasis grabbed me immediately on the website, that's the only reason I went! Sooo, in person, it's breathtaking and it's totally FH's and my style.
CLM is stunning! I loved the outdoor area, but I didn't care for the lobby area (it was like Grand Central), but I still loved it! CB's CH room is to die for, the outdoor oasis and the Saturnia room are exactly what I've been looking for for 2 years. I just would be missing the water of CLM. I'm not really torn between the two, just shocked that I fell in love with CB.

Not at all! My sister doesn't even want to take my mom out to CLM or WM. Now I need to settle my date with my cousin who is getting married in summer 2012 also so I can book!!

I felt the same way!!! I absolutely fell in love and was stunned when I walked into CB. You get that WoW! feeling when you enter into the lobby.

Wow is an understatement. No other RH gave me that feeling I felt. Remember, I'm at Walmart at least once a week and completely ruled them out because they're right on the main road. Once inside, I completely forgot where I was! I love that!
