I'm In Shock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DH & I made an offer yesterday on a townhouse which was countered, and out counter was ACCEPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe it!!!!! Our agent tried to convince us to offer $5K more (for over an hour last night) if we 'really wanted' the unit. She was clearly stunned when she called this morning and told me our counter was accepted!
The baby will have a room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, seriously!!! Complex is Fox Meadows. I told DH I sent you the FM & he asked if I told you we were going to be neighbors and I told him I forgot I was in such a state of shock. He was hysterically on the phone at me.
