Michele, have you tried Jillian and Sarah? They work together and do an awesome job, Jillian does makeup and Sarah does hair.


Kathleen, does your FH want to be involved in anything else? I think mine wants to be involved in everything. You would not believe how opinionated he is about invitations, its unbelievable!

No one bc i want to get it done at a salon and my usual hairdresser is in Bellmore and Im in Smithtown so there is NO way that Im treking to Bellmore on the morning of my wedding.
Kris516 recommended Dea Salon in Islip so i think i might try them out. URR! I thought hair and makeup would be fun but Im hating it

Sarah works at Cactus in mayfair... you shoud really check her out, I was really impressed on what she was able to do with my hair~
There are others there who also do awesome updos.

Oh believe me there's a lot - FH was giving me opinions about ring pillow

I have annoying things left to do:
-invitations
-shoes
-undergarments
-all the DIY projects (menus, programs, favor cards)
-BP gifts (dreading this one bc i have NO clue)
-parent gifts (again....NO clue)

What about Salon Blue on Jericho Tpke in Mineola - not as far as Bellmore (just trying to help) I am using Jennifer from there and they are fabulous!

I don't think my FI thinks there is anything to do now that the vendors are done.... I start to tell him and I just go on and on and on..........

and he was married before, you'd think he would know!!!!
